MGT6075   Consultancy and Innovation Methodology   (20 credits)

Description

This unit prepares its delegate for the highly responsible and necessary role of changing aspects of organisations, to promote innovation and organisational performance improvement. This unit is intended to provide methods that strongly integrate theory and practice together, to focus on the challenges and the practicalities of undertaking organizational change activities. It is designed to provide rigour in the methods to help deal with the problematic, messy realities in which the innovation takes place, and in meeting the challenges of instigating change in highly complex and political organizational contexts.
